A short-let clean has a fixed window between one guest leaving and the next arriving. We plan changeovers around your booking times, whether you run one flat in London, a cottage on the Sussex coast or a let in the Surrey Hills.
Guests judge a let on the first five minutes: the bed, the bathroom, the kitchen and the smell of the place. Those are where a changeover puts its time.
A typical changeover
- Beds stripped and remade with your clean linen, towels laid out
- Kitchen cleaned, dishes washed and put away, fridge cleared
- Bathrooms cleaned, mirrors and glass polished
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Bins emptied and the property left tidy and ready
- Anything broken or missing reported back to you
