Both ends of the move, one booking

Moving day leaves little time or energy for cleaning. The home you are leaving needs to be left clean for the buyers or the next occupants, and the home you are moving into often needs more than it looked like on viewing day: dusty cupboards, a grubby oven, bathrooms that have only had a quick wipe.

Both jobs are easiest while the rooms are empty, so we clean the old place once your belongings have gone and the new place before your furniture arrives. You can book just one, or both in the same week.

Moving out: what we clean when you leave

• Kitchen cleaned throughout, including inside cupboards and drawers
• Bathrooms cleaned and descaled
• Marks on doors, frames, switches and skirting boards wiped
• Dust and debris left by furniture removed, including behind where it stood
• Floors vacuumed and mopped from back to front

Moving in: getting the new home ready

• Every kitchen cupboard and drawer cleaned inside, ready for your things
• Worktops, sink, hob and appliance surfaces cleaned
• Wardrobes and built-in storage wiped out
• Bathrooms cleaned and descaled
• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

Renting or selling?

If you are a tenant and your agent will carry out a check-out inspection, book our end of tenancy cleaning for the property you are leaving instead. It is planned around the inventory. If you own the home and are selling, a move-out clean is usually what the buyers expect to find.

Prices shown are for a move-in clean. Move-out cleans are priced with your quote. Starting prices. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property and any extras you choose, and we confirm it before anything is booked.
