For tenants, landlords and letting agents
At the end of a tenancy the property is usually compared against the inventory taken when it was let. Cleaning is one of the most common reasons for disagreement at check-out, so an end of tenancy clean is more detailed than any routine clean: everything is empty, and everything is looked at.
Tenants book us in the last days before handing back the keys. Landlords and agents book us between tenants to get the property ready to let again.
What we clean
- Kitchen cupboards and drawers inside and out, worktops, sink and tiles
- Appliances, including the oven and hob, inside the fridge and freezer if you ask
- Bathrooms descaled and cleaned: bath, shower, screens, toilet, basin, tiles and extractor
- Skirting boards, doors, frames, handles, switches and sockets
- Window sills and the inside of windows within reach
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout, including inside built-in wardrobes
Before you book
Tell us your check-out date and the size of the property. If you have a copy of the inventory or know of particular problem areas, mention them in your request so we can plan the time properly. The property needs to be empty of belongings for us to clean it fully.
