When a deep clean makes sense
A deep clean is slower and more thorough than a regular visit. It is the right choice when the house has gone a while without a proper clean, before or after a big event, when you are getting a home ready to sell, or as a fresh start before a regular cleaning schedule.
Where a regular visit keeps surfaces clean, a deep clean deals with the build-up: grease on the extractor and tiles, limescale on taps and shower screens, dust along the tops of doors and skirting boards.
What a deep clean goes after
- Kitchen tiles, splashbacks and extractor degreased
- Limescale removed from taps, sinks, shower screens and tiles
- Skirting boards, door frames, doors and light switches wiped
- Behind and under movable appliances and furniture
- Radiators, window sills and the tops of cupboards dusted
- Floors vacuumed edge to edge and hard floors mopped
Ovens, inside fridges and inside windows take extra time, so they are priced as extras. Tick them in the quote form and we will include them in your price.
How long it takes
A deep clean of a family house takes considerably longer than a regular visit, and the condition of the property matters more than its size. Photos help: if you can describe the worst rooms in your request, the quote will be more accurate.
